  • Our food delivery service is currently available in selected areas of Sirohi.
  • Customers can check availability by entering their location at the time of ordering.

2. Delivery Time

  • The estimated delivery time varies based on the restaurant's preparation time, order volume, and traffic conditions.
  • Typically, deliveries are completed within 30 to 60 minutes. However, delivery times may extend during peak hours or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers will receive real-time updates on their order status.

3. Delivery Charges

  • A nominal delivery fee may be applicable based on the distance and order value.
  • Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

4. Order Handling & Processing

  • Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed by our kitchen team.
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled after the preparation has started.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Customers must provide accurate address details and be available at the time of delivery.
  • If the customer is unreachable or fails to collect the order, our delivery partner will attempt to contact them.
  • If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be marked as undelivered, and no refund will be issued.

6. Delays & Service Interruptions

  • While we strive for timely deliveries, external factors like traffic, weather, or high order volume may cause delays.
  • Customers will be notified in case of unexpected delays.
