At Devnagriswaad, we value customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality food. However, we understand that certain situations may require cancellations or refunds. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy below.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their order within 1 minute of placing it. After this time, the order will be processed, and cancellation will not be allowed.
  • Accepted Cancellations: Orders that have not yet been accepted by the restaurant may be canceled.
  • Non-Cancelable Orders: Once food preparation has started or the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
  • Cancellation Refunds: If a cancellation request is successfully processed, the refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

Eligible Refunds

  • Order Not Delivered: If an order is not delivered due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., restaurant closure, delivery issues).
  • Wrong Order: If the delivered food is completely different from what was ordered.
  • Spoiled or Unfit Food: If the food is found to be spoiled or contaminated (with proper proof such as photos or videos).
  • Missing Items: If certain items are missing from the order, a partial refund may be issued for the missing items.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of Mind: If the customer decides they no longer want the order after it has been prepared or dispatched.
  • Incorrect Address: If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  • Unreachable Customer: If the delivery partner is unable to reach the customer after multiple attempts, the order will be marked as undelivered, and no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If a refund is delayed, customers can contact their bank for further information.
